Ahh hmmm, I wonder how Gabriel's love friends feel about her attitude regarding the presents they took the time to buy for her? Come on Gabriel Byrne, lets show a little appreciation here, those presents took forever to wrap! Hey, presents are the bomb diggidy and they mean a lot...it takes a lot of thoughtfulness, time, money and driving around fussing over things to put together a great gift for someone. If one of my people turned their nose up at one of my gifts I'd smack em over the head with it and give em a good tongue lashing for such insolence!

I could take a lot of heat for this post but here goes. The 5:45 class will be doing some sort of Katie turns 60 WOD Wed AM 5-22-13. Coach Paul and Katie put their heads together for this one, A quote from Jack Benny--"Age is strictly a case of ( mind over matter). If you don't mind it doesn't matter.

I loved that clip...I can see Arnie like that man when he is in his 100s....yes, charge through life like you mean it. Having meaning in my life helps me charge through. ( I like to take time and smell the roses as well)

I just loved seeing all the young and vivacious families at the Sat. party at Broadwaters. Itis wonderful being a part of this group and the next up coming generation . Thank you to all of of the great Crossfit coaches and your time and effort.
