How To Get Started
Call Colin at (206) 919-8923 to arrange your FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION.
This is a 60 minute free session that explains the CrossFit method and evaluates your current level of fitness
THIRD: Acceptance into the program We are looking for the right people, our athletes must be motivated, honest and fun to be around.
FOURTH: Private Coaching
Once accepted you will be receiving world Class coaching as a part of our strength and conditioning program. You will be assigned a Coach (either Colin or Pablo) and apprentices may observe from time to time.
Once you have done the fitness evaluation you begin private coaching sessions to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for Crossfit (and Life). This phase can last anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks (longer if you are decrepit) depending on the consistency and intensity of your training, your diet, sleep patterns and athletic ability.
Phase I (Minimum 11 sessions) costs $600 for 1 on 1 training, $400 (each) for 1 on 2 training
Most reasonably active students with decent degree of fitness will take about 15 private fitness sessions to get into Group Classes.
Some students may need the extra attention of 1 on 1 training and will choose to continue with private Coaching Sessions to get them to the next level.
FIFTH: GROUP SESSIONS
Here you play games, compete for rounds, time, points and glory. Our group sessions will occur as sport. They are intended to further your education into human performance, nutrition and health.
We're available to answer any questions about our training before you sign up, or at any other time. Send us an email or give us a call at (206) 919-8923 today to schedule your free intro session, or ask us anything you need to know to get started.
Your FREE Intro Session
Your trainer will ask you about your exercise history, medical history, special interests and concerns. You'll go through a basic fitness evaluation and we'll give you a workout. We have an ever-growing repertoire of new and old exercises, combined in ever-changing ways, and always tailored to suit your abilities.
Many of our favorite exercises are not used in mainstream fitness programs. If they are, it is usually not with the intensity that provides cardio and strength training together. Besides providing this efficiency benefit, our trainers combine these and many other exercises in endless variety.
Intensity and speed mean different things to different people. Every person can be surprised by what he or she is capable of with the excellent training our coaches provide.
